Kilogarm is a secondhand clothing retailer and wholesaler specialising in organising pop-up events.

The Problem

With all of the office rush, event sales, and administrative tasks that Kologarm’s small team was facing, they required virtual assistance services from a team they could call their own. They required a team to respond to customer inquiries, manage social media pages and engagement, create events on Eventbrite, book event locations, and update the created events on their backend website and social media Linktree.

The Solution

Our team jumped at the chance to manage the social media pages and create engaging photos that helped online customers understand what action to take. We created events on eventrbrite using custom designs, responded to customer inquiries 24/7, managed a system of event-location bookings with the hotels, and handled other administrative tasks remotely.
