The Client

Desi Posh is a family-run business which first started serving the public in 2009 with the latest Pakistani fashion. What started then was a need to change how the Pakistan fashion industry was perceived in the UK, their mission was to make Pakistan fashion more mainstream and to provide Pakistani readymade outfits that could be worn on any occasion. 

The Problem

Desi Posh was struggling with sales and was unable to scale properly. They were selling traditional Asian dresses in the UK. So it was difficult to target those people in the UK outside their one-mile radius. They needed experts in media buying to help them run ads to target buyers outside their audience targeting list.

The Solution

We started with interest testing and found winners based on product and then started scaling to take the brand to the highest sales of their days.
